ज्योतिषी भाग्यराज गुप्त की ओर से पापमोचनी एकादशी के पावन अवसर पर आपको हार्दिक बधाई| पापमोचनी एकादशी क्या वाकई में सभी पापों का नाश करती है? क्या है इसकी कथा, जानें पापमोचनी एकादशी का व्रत 5 अप्रैल 2024 को रखा जाएगा. इस दिन शुक्रवार मां लक्ष्मी का दिन है. ऐसे में पापमोचनी एकादशी पर भगवान विष्णु और उनकी अर्धांगिनी देवी लक्ष्मी को प्रसन्न करने का खास अवसर है. पुराणों में कहा गया है कि एकादशी व्रत के फलस्वरूप व्यक्ति के जाने-अनजाने में किए पाप नष्ट हो जाते हैं और उसे समस्त सुख-सुविधाओं का लाभ मिलता है. मृत्यु के बाद वह जन्म-मरण के बंधन से भी मुक्त हो जाता है. पापमोचनी एकादशी की कथा में भी यही वर्णन है. जानें ये कथा. पापमोचनी एकादशी व्रत कथा पुराणों के अनुसार स्वंय श्रीकृष्ण ने अर्जुन को पापमोचनी एकादशी व्रत कथा का महत्व बताया था. कथा के अनुसार चैत्ररथ नामक एक बहुत सुंदर वन था. जहां अप्सरायें विहार किया करती थीं. इसी वन में मेधावी नाम के ऋषि तपस्या करते थे. मेधावी ऋषि शिव भक्त थे लेकिन अप्सराएं शिवद्रोही कामदेव की अनुचरी थी, इसलिए एक समय कामदेव ने मेधावी ऋषि की तपस्या भंग करने के लिए मंजू घोषा नामक अप्सरा को भेजा. अगर आप धन-दौलत और सुख-समृद्धि की कामना करते हैं तो पापमोचनी एकादशी के दिन दीपक जलाते समय उसके नीचे चावल के कुछ दाने जरूर रखने चाहिए. दीपक पूरा जलने के बाद उन चावलों को एक लाल रंग की पोटली में बांधकर अपनी तिजोरी में रख दें. ऐसा करने से जीवन में कभी आर्थिक संकट का सामना नहीं करना पड़ेगा. दांपत्य जीवनव में खुशहाली पाना चाहते हैं तो पापमोचनी एकादशी के दिन पति-पत्नी को एक साथ मिलकर तुलसी का पूजन करना चाहिए. एक साथ तुलसी के पौधे में कलावा बांना चाहिए. इससे रिश्ता मजबूत होता है और आपस में प्रेम बढ़ता है. मेधावी ऋषि ने किया पाप मंजूघोषा नृत्य, गायन और सौंदर्य से मेधावी मुनि की तपस्या में बाधा डालने में सफल हुई. अप्सरा की सुंदरता पर ऋषि मोहित हो गए और सालों तक उसके साथ विलास में समय व्यतीत किया. काफी समय बीत जाने के बाद मंजूघोषा ने वापस जाने के लिए ऋषि से अनुमति मांगी, तब मेधावी ऋषि को अपनी भूल और तपस्या भंग होने का आत्मज्ञान हुआ. उन्होंने अपने तपोबल से ये जाना कि कैसे मंजूघोषा ने उनकी तपस्या भंग की थी. सुंदरी और ऋषि ने ऐसे पाई पापों से मुक्ति अप्सरा के इस कृत्य पर ऋषि क्रोधित हुए और उन्होंने मंजूघोषा को पिशाचनी होने का श्राप दे दिया। इसके बाद अप्सरा ऋषि के पैरों में गिर पड़ी और श्राप से मुक्ति का उपाय पूछा. मंजूघोषा के बार-बार विनती करने पर मेधावी ऋषि ने उसे श्राप से मुक्ति पाने के लिए बताया कि पापमोचनी एकादशी का व्रत करने से तुम्हारे समस्त पापों का नाश हो जाएगा और तुम पुन: अपने पूर्व रूप में आ जाओगी. मेधावी ऋषि ने भी पाप किया था ऐसे में उनके सारे पुण्य नष्ट हो गए. प्रायश्चित के लिए ऋषि मेधावी ने भी पापमोचनी एकादशी का व्रत किया. इस प्रकार पापमोचनी एकादशी का व्रत करके अप्सरा मंजूघोषा श्राप से मुक्त होकर पुन: स्वर्ग में अप्सरा बनकर लौट गई और और मेधावी ऋषि के भी सभी पाप खत्म हो गए.

Therefore, at one time, Kamadeva sent an apsara named Manjughosha to disrupt the penance of Rishi Medhavi. If you desire wealth and prosperity, then on the day of Papmochani Ekadashi, you must place a few grains of rice under the lamp while lighting it. After the lamp has burned completely, tie those grains of rice in a red cloth and keep it in your safe. By doing this, you will never face financial crisis in life. If you want happiness in married life, then on the day of Papmochani Ekadashi, husband and wife should worship Tulsi (holy basil) together. They should tie a Kalava (sacred thread) around the Tulsi plant together. This strengthens the relationship and increases love between them. Rishi Medhavi Commits a Sin: Manjughosha succeeded in disrupting the penance of Medhavi Muni through her dance, singing, and beauty. The sage was captivated by the beauty of the apsara and spent years in pleasure with her. After a long time, Manjughosha asked the sage for permission to return, at which point Rishi Medhavi realized his mistake and the breaking of his penance. Through his spiritual power, he came to know how Manjughosha had disrupted his penance. The Beautiful Woman and the Sage Found Liberation from Sins in This Way: The sage was angered by this act of the apsara and cursed Manjughosha to become a Pisachini (demoness). After this, the apsara fell at the feet of the sage and asked for a way to get rid of the curse. Upon Manjughosha's repeated requests, Rishi Medhavi told her the way to get rid of the curse, saying that by observing the Papmochani Ekadashi fast, all your sins will be destroyed, and you will regain your former form. Rishi Medhavi had also committed a sin; in this way, all his merits were destroyed. For atonement, Rishi Medhavi also observed the Papmochani Ekadashi fast. In this way, by observing the Papmochani Ekadashi fast, the apsara Manjughosha was freed from the curse and returned to heaven as an apsara, and all the sins of Rishi Medhavi were also eliminated.
